About the Role
PBS Facility Serviceis a leading provider of building maintenance and facility management services.We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Salesperson to joinour sales team. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skillsand a passion for sales, we'd like to hear from you.
What you will do
·Customer Outreach: Proactively reach out to potential customers, includingbuilding owners, property managers, and facilities directors, to introduce PBSFacility Service and its comprehensive range of services.
·Client RelationshipManagement: Build and nurture strongrelationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and encouragerepeat business.
·Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of PBS Facility Service's productsand services, including building maintenance, facility management, and relatedsolutions.
·Sales Presentations: Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations toprospective clients, emphasizing the benefits and value of our services.
·Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, coldcalls, and responding to inbound inquiries.
·Sales Quota: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and targets,contributing to the company's growth.
·Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and clientinteractions in our CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
·Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, including field salesrepresentatives and sales managers, to develop and implement successful salesstrategies and tactics.
·Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, monitor competitorofferings, and assess market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
What it takes to besuccessful
·Knowledge of the buildingmaintenance services industry is a must.
·Proven track record ininside sales or a related role.
·Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
·Goal-oriented andself-motivated, with a competitive spirit.
·Ability to work bothindependently and collaboratively within a team.
·Proficiency in using CRMsoftware and other sales tools.
·High school diploma orequivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
