Mr. Boddington's Studio, a boutique stationery and lifestyle brand based in Brooklyn, is looking for a detail oriented, can-do studio manager who thrives in a whirlwind of logistics and details. In short, you will manage the fulfillment of all online and wholesale orders, as well as organize inventory.
DETAILS:
- Fulfill all orders in a timely fashion with accuracy.
- Respond to customer service (online and on the old-fashioned phone).
- Receive and organize a never ending stream of inventory. This includes Mr. Boddington branded goods such as greeting cards to third party products such as books.
- Work with vendors to oversee production.
- Plan ahead and order supplies so that fulfillment is not stymied.
- Constantly evaluate procedures to improve efficiency.
- Supervise and train studio staff (currently there is one lovely employee in fulfillment).
- Oversee other odds and ends to keep the operations side of the studio smooth sailing. This includes keeping an extremely tidy and organized space.
- Kindly note that this job is not a desk job... rather you will be on your feet, moving about, packing boxes, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 years of successfully managing operations or fulfillment.
- An energetic, positive, can-do attitude. We operate as a small team and finding someone to fit in is essential.
- Knowledge/working experience in Shopify Plus, Shipstation or other inventory management, Faire and Adobe Suite a plus.
- Knowledge of stationery and or books a super duper plus.
