Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to align overall strategy
- Oversee and mentor direct reports
- Collaborate with Plant Manager and Engineering Manager on implementing changes while meeting the production schedule
- Analyze data and create visuals to support/communicate business decisions
- Identify waste and develop plans of action to reduce/eliminate
- Lead Root Cause Analysis team and oversee/enable countermeasure implementation
- Relationship building with vendors, subcontractors, etc.
- Negotiate with suppliers
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management or related
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing management roles
- Strong MS Office (Excel*, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- MRP and ERP experience (Epicor, SAP, JD Edwards)
- Proficient in Data Analysis and Modeling for business reporting
- Understanding of Lean and Material Ordering (Lot Sizes, Reorder Points, Safety Stock, etc.)
- ISO or AS Experience
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- MBA
- Compensation is DOE
