Salary $65,000 - $85,000 per year

- Oversee all rental and used equipment activities, maximizing financial performance.
- Ensure quality shop work and timely shipment to customers.
- Manage buying, selling, and transferring equipment between branches.
- Oversee inventory, maintenance, and depreciation of equipment.
- Coordinate scheduling, delivery, and pickup of all equipment.
- Develop sales strategies and coordinate with other departments.
- Set pricing for used equipment.
- Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers.
- Accompany sales personnel to perform trade-in evaluations at customer facilities.
- Recruit, select, train, develop, and counsel personnel.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
- Three to five years of experience managing a rental/used fleet, preferably with lift trucks and batteries.
- Strong leadership, communication, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and department performance reports.
- Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
