The Program Manager, Career and Growth will develop, implement, and oversee Lifelong Learning programs to support team members’ career growth. Working with all team members, leadership and the Lifelong Learning team, the Program Manager will create, and manage professional development plans, team member career paths and a professional rotation program. The Program Manager will also be responsible for facilitation of learning content.
