Project Manager - Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently varying in size for multiple clients.
  • Work with clients to ensure project needs are met.
  • Work with field supervision to make sure projects are completed on time, on budget, and per scope.
  • Make sure projects are completed safely, meeting both company and client safety needs.
  • Perform Quantity Take Off Estimating
  • Create accurate quantity take off for potential projects.
  • Create proposals for potential projects.
  • Manage all job costs, billing, and other contract needs related to your projects.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate with project managers and estimators internally and customers/subcontractors externally.
  • Knowledge of industrial construction estimating involving multiple trades (steel, concrete, excavation, demolition, general trades).
  • Industrial construction experience (e.g. steel mills, automotive plants, chemical factories, heavy manufacturing) a plus.
  • Able to fill out proposals and comply with varying customer bid forms.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Must be familiar with Microsoft Office as well as a general understanding of technology.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Experience in Northeast Ohio construction industry is a plus.
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prefer at least 5 years of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
