Job Overview:

We are currently seeking a Safety Coordinator to join our team. The Safety Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a safe work environment by implementing safety protocols and procedures. This individual needs to have an eye for detail and be able to coordinate across various teams to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, perform audits, and take lead on FDA inspections.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
- Train employees on safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and prevent future occurrences
- Maintain safety records and documentation
- Coordinate with management to address any safety concerns

Experience:

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and experience:

- Experience with quality audits and quality control processes
- Knowledge of QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) principles
- Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points)
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Proficiency in using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM)
- Understanding of quality systems and standards

Pay: $50,470.07 - $58,738.14 per year
