TAG MEDSTAFFING is Hiring a Case coordinator Near Bronx, NY

Job Overview - Case Coordinator, Bilingual (Spanish) :

Our client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Case Coordinator to join their team. This role involves assisting families in need by offering tailored support and services.

The Case Coordinator will work collaboratively with clients, addressing various challenges to promote well-being and stability.

Location : Bronx, NY

Compensation : $48,000 - $53,000 / year

Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities as the Case Coordinator, Bilingual (Spanish) :

  • Counseling and Crisis Intervention : Provide home-based and on-site individual, family, and group counseling, and short-term crisis intervention for a designated caseload of families.
  • Family Engagement : Engage families immediately upon referral, participate in safety conferences, and integrate SBC principles into all sessions.
  • Case Management : Handle case-related crises, ensure monthly child assessments, and meet case work contacts for each treatment phase.
  • Collaboration and Advocacy : Work closely with various service providers, including treatment facilities, schools, and clinics.
  • Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and case notes. Qualifications for the Case Coordinator, Bilingual (Spanish) :
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Language Skills : Bilingual in Spanish is required.
  • Experience : Experience in child welfare is preferred.
  • Skills : Strong organizational, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
  • Training : SBC trained and / or certified is a plus. Application Notice : Qualified candidates will be contacted within 2 business days of application.
