We are seeking a diligent and tech-savvy Part-Time Real Estate Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong DISC profile of DC, indicating a blend of conscientiousness and assertiveness, who thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the real estate industry, holding an active Ohio real estate license, and must be equipped with organizational skills and a proactive work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational tasks efficiently to support real estate transactions and client management.
• Utilize technological tools and platforms to streamline processes and enhance communication.
• Coordinate appointments, showings, and meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain and organize documentation and databases with high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in developing operational strategies to improve workflow and client satisfaction.
• Handle communications with clients, agents, and other parties involved in real estate transactions.
• Perform market research and analyze data to support agents in decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations pertinent to all transactions.

Requirements:

• Must possess an active Ohio real estate license or be willing to obtain a real estate license within 90 days of employment.
• Proven experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Proficient in technology used in real estate and ability to adapt to new systems.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a proactive self-starter.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an aptitude for clear and effective interactions.
• Ability to think on your feet and handle unexpected situations effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in operational management within a real estate context.
• Familiarity with real estate software and CRM systems.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
• Bonuses paid when KPI's achieved
