Fulfillment Hub Usa is a multinational Warehousing, Logistics and Fulfillment company. Currently, company has 6 locations in USA 3 locations in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare shipments for postal or commercial conveyance; select the method of consignment, utilizing knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates.
- Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, or postage meter.
- Arrange for carrier vehicle or pickup.
- Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Review shipping orders and invoices to ensure accuracy.
- Use computer software to organize and track shipments.
- Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient delivery of packages.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a shipping or logistics role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using technology for day-to-day tasks including databases and shipping software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods.
- Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
