Requirements

* 2 or more years of Roofing experience (MUST be comfortable working on Pitched Asphalt Roofs up to 45 degrees)

* 1 or more years of Solar installation/service experience

* Proficiency in Safety and Fall protection Requirements

Responsibilities

• Must be sure-footed on Residential and Commercial Roofs, including steep pitches
• Installation/service of roof and ground mounted PV systems
• Mechanical and structural mounting of racking, modules, and electrical equipment
• Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC/DC)
• Comply to all necessary safety protocols required by OSHA
• Comfortable with various working and weather conditions
