Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Solar Energy Consultants. As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will play a key role in promoting sustainable energy solutions to homeowners. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct structured in-home appointments, presenting our state-of-the-art solar energy products. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home appointments with homeowners to introduce and explain the benefits of solar energy solutions.
• Present our range of high-quality solar products, addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
• Build rapport and trust with potential customers, understanding their unique energy needs and customizing solar solutions accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve team targets and individual sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring timely follow-ups and post-appointment communication.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry, but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a competitive team environment.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and product knowledge.
