- Maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide customer service
- Identify and secure qualified carriers for freight services
- Maintain relationships with qualified carriers
- Plan and coordinate pick-up and delivery schedules
- Work with shippers and carriers to manage schedules
- Track and report shipment status to customers
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to function in fast paced/high volume working environment
