MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE NAVIGATING CUSTOMER PORTALS
Responsibilities:
- Review customer accounts/aging reports to evaluate and determine action plans pertaining to past due balances.
- Correspond with clients to follow up about delinquent accounts.
- Analyze customers' accounts and past due balances and make credit decisions, including holding and/or releasing orders accordingly.
- Be polite and professional in all situations.
- Review and navigate customer portals pertaining to work function.
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP experience

Salary: to $32.00 per hour
