We are seeking a detail-oriented, skilled bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will maintain financial records, manage accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Process vendor bills and payments on Quickbooks
- Process payroll
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Working with executive team to monitor cash flow
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with budget preparation
- Assist CEO and executive team as needed
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage time and work under pressure
