Salary : $27 - $35 per hour

We are a General Contractor located in Brea, that specializes in tenant improvement.

With very little turnover, we pride ourselves on an excellent office culture and accolades from local publications!

Job Details

Responsibilities :

  • Follow up on missing invoices
  • Follow up on missing conditional releases
  • Answer emails regarding invoices
  • Manage Subcontracts (create sub list, distribute, keep list updated, produce subcontracts, send via Docusign, follow up, set up new vendors as needed)
  • Sub Insurance (request sub insurance and w9’s for new vendors and follow-up)
  • Client Invoicing (set up job, budgets, reconcile change orders, invoice each job to client / billing requirements, confirm all job info, including budget, change orders, client info)
  • Create SOV in Sage for Progress invoices
  • Create change orders in Sage for Extra invoices
  • Make sure billing packages are complete
  • Request and route COIs to clients
  • Maintain updated job list in SAGE
  • Update master sublist, subcontracts
  • Phone backup

Requirements :

  • Previous experience in the construction industry
  • SAGE100 experience highly preferred
  • Working knowledge of insurance certificates
  • Experience processing prevailing wage desired
  • Start is June 5, for approximately 4 weeks, possibly longer*
