DescriptionWe are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Dispatcher in Branford, Connecticut, United States. This role is within the HVAC provider industry and requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently managing dispatch systems and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Leveraging IBM AS/400 and Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, to organize, track, and report dispatch activities.
  • Utilizing management systems to ensure effective coordination of tasks and resources.
  • Ensuring timely response and resolution of any issues or inquiries that may arise.
  • Utilizing the 'About Time' software for time tracking and management.
  • Effectively answering queries and providing necessary information as required.
  • Overseeing billing functions and ensuring accurate invoicing.
  • Ensuring clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong detail oriented relationships.
  • Continually enhancing skills and knowledge to improve dispatch operations and customer service.
Requirements
  • Proficient in IBM AS/400
  • Familiar with Management System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
  • Familiar with the software 'About Time'
