- Leveraging IBM AS/400 and Microsoft Office Suites, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook, to organize, track, and report dispatch activities.
- Utilizing management systems to ensure effective coordination of tasks and resources.
- Ensuring timely response and resolution of any issues or inquiries that may arise.
- Utilizing the 'About Time' software for time tracking and management.
- Effectively answering queries and providing necessary information as required.
- Overseeing billing functions and ensuring accurate invoicing.
- Ensuring clear and effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong detail oriented relationships.
- Continually enhancing skills and knowledge to improve dispatch operations and customer service.
