Retail Customer Service & Sales Support
We are seeking a Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Full Time Monday-Friday
-8:30-5 (preferred)
- Primary location: Brainerd, MN also must be willing to work at either location, Brainerd or Aitkin.
- Ability to life up to 50lbs.
-Open/Close either store location as needed.
-Prefer experience with Microsoft Office and some knowledge of graphics would be helpful.
-Assist walk-in customers
-Place cash customer orders and will calls
-Pick and pack orders
-Stock shelves
-Inventory Retail Store
-Price retail store shelves monthly as needed
-Answer phones and assist cash customers with orders and product research.
-Transfer customer to appropriate department/employee for additional support
-Assist customer in the business center
-Quoting print jobs, printing customer jobs, copy jobs, large format printing.
-Keep store neat and merchandise products
-Assist sales staff as needed/collaborate with team members to hit sales goals
-Provide product information and recommendations to customers
-Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns
