Leeds Professional Resources is working with a client in the Bradenton area that is looking for a Sr. Finance Analyst in their Supply Chain division. The Finance Analyst provides the financial insight into business performance drivers and prepares analysis providing the financial expertise and recommendations to their finance leadership and functional business partners that enable effective decision-making within the business.

• Manage and update Period Close & Forecast model, helping to provide key insights and driver based analysis
• Partner with Operations in maintaining and developing Field reporting providing financial insights and support to enable Operations partners to meet their financial objectives
• Oversee Period Field reporting of Packaging/Site Services performance along with insights and analysis of results
• Perform journal entries and other period close activities to ensure accuracy of reported financial results
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance team's overall efficiency, depth of insight, accuracy, etc.
• Experience with forecasting, and budgeting, and financial modeling. Ability to preempt issues and deliver solutions as part of the forecasting process.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions and processes
• Results-oriented, innovative thinker and strong attention to detail with a focus on continuous improvement with ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines
• Must have SAP experience
• Strong Excel skills needed
