This position is responsible for cleaning projects requiring training and demonstrated skill. Inspects work performed in assigned building/property(s) and submits reports to the Supervisor.

Position requires weekend work (schedule is 730am-4pm ). Work consists primarily of outdoor work throughout the property.

Responsibilities
(May include some or all of the following as applicable)

• Performs a variety of cleaning/maintenance duties as assigned including but not limited to: sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, trash disposal, replacing light bulbs and window cleaning.
• Maintains all cleaning solutions in accordance to OSHA requirements for hazardous chemicals.
• Removes trash from premises and assists in emergency cleaning.
• Responsible to move trash dumpsters in and out on designated trash days.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and assigned equipment in good working condition.
• Minor painting of walls, doorways and curbs.
• Change light bulbs or other minor maintenance tasks as needed.
• Pressure wash walkways, buildings and other property using power washing equipment.
• Ensures that security procedures are adhered to at all times.
• Maintains professional working relationship with building staff.
• Completes daily work orders as scheduled.
• Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed while performing duties in accordance with OSHA.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
