Duties
· Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on equipment, residential appliances and building systems
· Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
· Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
· Assist with turnover of apartment homes and making units ready as needed
· Assist with property tasks including trash removal, power washing, and general cleaning
· Repair HVAC systems and perform preventative maintenance on units
· Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects and tasks
· Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor
Experience/requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role
· Have HVAC experience and EPA certification.
· Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems and equipment
· Excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with residents and management team.
· Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and management team.
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a luxury apartment community in Boynton Beach. You will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.
