LHH is currently partnering with an organization Price Georges County area in the looking to bring on an Onboarding Specialist. Long term contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a permanent employee. This position will be hybrid and require onsite work 1 day a week in office. Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
• Develop and maintain onboarding resources, including checklists, handbooks, and training materials, to support the onboarding process.
• Gather feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience and identify areas for enhancement.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in onboarding to inform ongoing improvements and innovations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in onboarding, HR administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with new hires.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is a plus.
