As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multifamily Senior Project Manager to lead our team and drive the successful delivery of our projects
Job DescriptionResponsibilities of a Senior Project Manager include:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily development projects, including new construction and renovation projects.
  • Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants, to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and timelines, and ensure adherence to financial targets and milestones.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Proactively identify and address potential risks, challenges, and issues that may impact project delivery, and implement effective solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including investors, lenders, government agencies, and community members.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior project management staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, codes, and standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and sustainability.

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering multifamily development projects.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction methods, building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or CCM are a plus.
