Responsibilities:

• Litigate civil cases in state and federal courts.
• Conduct legal research using Lexis
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Manage discovery processes.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Represent clients in mediation and arbitration.
• Attend court hearings and trials.
• Manage caseloads and meet deadlines.
• Stay current on relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado law license.
• 3 years of civil litigation experience.
• Proficiency in Lexis
• Strong legal writing, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with legal software (Clio), Adobe, and Microsoft Office.

Offering a base salary of $90,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience) and a comprehensive benefits package.
