Description
We are seeking a hands-on dynamic individual to join our team as a restaurant bus person.
The Bus Person is responsible for delivering hospitality to our guests with genuine and personable conversation and service. This position is critical to our guest’s overall experience as the Bus Person must ensure the environment is clean, orderly and stocked for our guests and team members.
Responsibilities:
- Clean tables and work areas
- Assist in food preparation
- Maintain stock and cleanliness of workstations
- Remove glasses, dinner dishes and silverware from occupied tables
- Reset the tables
- Deliver food to tables
- Replenish food and beverages
- Carry trays of dirty dishes to dish room and break down trays according to the procedures

- 6-months experience
- Hotel experience a plus
- Able to lift and carry up 50 lbs.
- Able to bend and stoop
