DescriptionAP Specialist ($60k-$65k base pay)We are seeking an experienced AP Specialist to join our team in Boston, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $65,000, plus an annual bonus. This role involves managing both property level and corporate level accounts payable tasks, where efficiency and accuracy in processing invoices are paramount. The work is system-driven with the focus on using technology to streamline operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all payments are executed according to our strict accounting procedures while also helping to enhance and refine these processes.
What We Are Looking For
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, specifically within real estate operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Mandatory experience with Avid and familiarity with Yardi
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
