The Position:
We are now hiring professional housekeepers who want to advance their cleaning career with a growing company that is truly invested in each employee’s success. You have the opportunity to be part of a dedicated housekeeping team that delivers a high quality experience to guests staying in our cabins all across the High Country. You’ll develop your cleaning skills with us and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains of Western NC and our cabins, while being able to maintain a good work/life balance. A Day in the Life of a CCR Hospitality Specialist includes:
- “New Home” cleaning/preparation for cabins being brought into the program for the first time,
- Inspections and touch ups to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in each cabin,
- Deep cleaning cabins at regular intervals,
- Equipment care/maintenance and restocking supplies.
- Quick and consistent communication with team lead and housekeeping manager.
The successful candidate:
- Enjoys both independently and with a team;
- Is prepared for lifting, bending, kneeling, and scrubbing at each property;
- Takes ownership of the necessary steps to achieve a clean and guest-ready home,
- Knows how to get into "work mode" to move efficiently and complete tasks accurately;
- Desires a long term career with the opportunity for professional growth, not just another job.
