**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team.
Joining our team as an Early Childhood Teacher offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and the local area while further developing your teaching and vocational skills in a supportive environment.
**Minimum Requirements:**
The successful candidate should possess the following skills and experience:
-must be 21 years of age or older
-Flexibility and adaptability to use available resources in engaging students in activities that promote social, emotional, physical, cognitive, and creative skill development
- Willingness to learn educational and organizational theories
The ideal candidate is:
- experienced in early childhood education, specifically ages 0-4 in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting
-Fluent in Spanish
- Familiar with early intervention techniques for children with special needs
- knowledgable of early childhood education principles and practices
- infant/child CPR & First Aid Certified.
**Responsibilities:**
- implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and play
- observe, monitor, and report on children's progress
- Collaborate with parents and director of operations to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
- Implement effective classroom management strategies
