Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Guard to join our team. As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. Your primary duty will be to protect against theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities. This is a critical role that requires excellent conflict management skills, as well as knowledge of surveillance and law enforcement procedures.

This position is paying $20.00/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services to clients in various locations
- Patrol assigned areas to deter criminal activity and ensure the safety of individuals and property
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential threats
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, including medical emergencies or security breaches
- Conduct thorough inspections of premises to identify any security vulnerabilities
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or provide assistance
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including incident reports and shift logs

Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as an Armed Guard or in law enforcement is preferred
- Must possess a valid armed security guard license/certificate
- Knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and procedures
- Proficient in conflict management and de-escalation techniques
- CPR and First Aid certification is required
