Job Title: Mowing Lead
Location: Tehaleh, WA
Overview:
Join our team at Neighbors Lawn Services, an up-and-coming lawn care business serving the Tehaleh community. We're seeking a motivated and experienced Mowing Lead to oversee our mowing operations and potentially lead a crew as our route expands. This hands-on role involves operating equipment, maintaining lawns, and ensuring quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Perform mowing, weeding, edging, and pruning tasks with precision and efficiency
- Lead and supervise a crew of lawn care technicians as the route grows
- Operate company-provided work vehicle and equipment safely and responsibly
- Assist with light landscaping tasks such as aerations, top dressing, laying mulch, and seasonal clean-ups
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 1 years of prior experience mowing professionally and leading a team
- 2 years of experience in mowing, weeding, edging, and pruning professionally, either running your own business or working for another company
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
