General Laborer
Job Title : Skid Wrapper Operator
Company : Canton Mancan Temporary Employment Staffing Agency is partnering with a local company to recruit a Skid Wrapper Operator to join their team.
Responsibilities :
Operate skid wrapper to prepare products for storage or shipping.
Enter tickets into Epicor program and operate a computer daily (strong computer skills required).
Understand and adhere to packaging requirements for various customers such as Alfagres, Menards, Metro, etc., ensuring final packaging meets specifications.
Pay close attention to detail, actively monitor packaging for compliance and appearance, and seek clarification if packaging appears incorrect.
Monitor production lines, maintain a clutter-free work area, and prevent issues before they occur.
Assist on packing lines 1 and 2 when time permits, including opening new skids of boxes and maintaining cardboard cleanliness.
Perform other duties as required and comply with all regulations, policies, work procedures, safety rules, and instructions.
Requirements :
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Epicor ERP program.
Ability to work flexible hours (5am-3 : 30pm) with varying days each week, as scheduled.
Candidates must be reliable and committed to working 40 hours per week.
Pay starts at $ with an additional $100 per week attendance bonus for perfect attendance.
