HealthCare Support Staffing is Hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Fulfillment Near Bolingbrook, IL
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills, typing speed of 35 WPM
- Customer Service Experience
- 6 month-2 years pharm tech experience (LICENSE NOT REQUIRED AT SUBMISSION - Walgreens will help with this process once hired!)
Best: Pharm Tech (no license required) with 1 year experience working in a pharmacy warehouse/fulfillment center
Shift:
- 13927247 (10 seats): M to F day shift 7:15 to 3:15
- 13927259 (10 seats): Sun to TH 3:30 to 11:30P
Job Responsibilities:
- Process prescription exceptions which may include: resolving claim rejects and member and physician outreach.
- Enter member demographics and prescription information into the data processing system.
- Research and resolve rejected insurance billing issues and/or escalated member issues.
- Escalate questions regarding prescription to a Pharmacist for interpretation or provide direction on processing.
- Assist with inbound and/or outbound patient or physician calls.
Physical Requirement: Willing and able to perform tasks which include pushing, pulling, grasping and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation. This position can be fast pace at times and require contractors to be on their feet throughout the day
