Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Conduct employee orientation sessions and assist in onboarding processes.
Generate leads through networking and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Proficiency in utilizing social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
