Bartlett Roofing specializes in residential and commercial storm damage restoration! We work with homeowners and their insurance carriers to replace roofs that have been damaged by recent and current weather events.
The role of a Recruiting Administrator will be filled by an individual who takes pride in their work, is well-organized, timely, and is capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions without guidance. This role is an integral part of the growth and success of Bartlett Roofing and a successful employee will be presented with opportunities for growth into leadership and management within the organization.
Pay Range: $20-25/hour DOE, plus a competitive performance pay structure.
Job Type: Full-Time, In-Office. This is not a remote position.

What You'll Do
  • Manage candidates daily using our applicant tracking system
  • Enhance the company's reputation as an attractive employer
  • Screen and sort applicants to fill open positions
  • Conduct reference and background checks as necessary
  • Proactively contact potential candidates through company web-based systems and resume searches
  • Source suitable candidates from databases, online employment forums, and social media
  • Reschedule candidate meetings when necessary
  • Monitor the progress of the candidate pipeline
  • Schedule interviews with leadership for advancing candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing timelines, providing proper follow-up, and setting appropriate expectations
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates
  • Review and organize recruiting pipeline stages
  • Collaborate with HR and Training Departments to ensure efficient onboarding of new hires
Who You Are
  • 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience required.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Interpersonal skills, tact, patience, and courtesy; ability to build professional relationships with others
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently; strong organizational skills
  • Highly confidential and ethical
