Job Summary

• Responsible for the tasks related to invoicing, payment processing, and maintaining accurate records

• Works closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure the timely and accurate collection of outstanding balances

• Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients based on provided documentation

• Verify invoice details to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Record and post payments received from clients using accounting software

• Reconcile payments with outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies

• Assist in monitoring and following up on overdue accounts

• Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment inquiries

• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions

• File and archive financial documents in accordance with company policies

• Enter financial transactions into the accounting system with a high level of accuracy

• Update and maintain customer information in the database

• Assist in preparing regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging

• Provide relevant information to support decision-making processes

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns related to billing and receivables

• Collaborate with the customer service team to address and resolve client issues

Qualifications

• 1 years of experience in a clerical or administrative role, preferably in accounts receivable

• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices

• Proficient in the use of accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
