Franklin Park Boerne is accepting applications for a Maintenance Assistant / Driver for our Assisted Living and Memory Care Community.
QUALIFICATIONS
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL
- Have a heart to serve Seniors.
- Have a minimum of one-year prior experience.
- Have serious attention to detail.
- Be very dependable.
- Want to work as part of a team.
- Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and / or other cognitive skills.
- Be willing to undergo a drug and background screen in accordance with local law / regulations.
- Observe safety regulations and requirements at all times
- Schedule routine preventative maintenance for vehicles and keeps vehicles in good repair at all times
- Maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles, inside and out
- Assist in gathering residents before and during outings and ensures the safety of the residents at all times
- Keep records and schedules of individual resident requests
- Calculate group trip costs, obtains charge paperwork from residents and forwards billing to the Business Office Manager
- Record mileage and maintains vehicle log
