Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Project Manager at HCR, Inc. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, managing timelines and budgets, coordinating inspections and logistics, and ensuring delivery of high-quality results. This role is primarily based in Boerne, TX, with the flexibility for some remote work and travel.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including experience with expediting and logistics management
- Strong computer skills, including Google software (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
- Strong Canva skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus
- Knowledge of inspection processes and regulations
- Basic understanding of a variety of trades
