Vivian Rose Kunstmann, DDS, PA is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Boca Raton, FL

Dental Receptionist

Insurance-based practice (PPO, HMO, Medicare). Experience in Eaglesoft required. 3 years of experience in the dental field working with insurances.

Job Duties

- Check emails and voicemails first in the morning

- Answer incoming calls

- Register patients

- Verify patient insurance

- Schedule patient appointments (reschedule appointments, recall appointments)

- Check phone messages in AM, lunch and PM

- Call labs. and check that cases are in the office 24 hours prior to appointment

- Collecting payments

- Mail patient statements

- Enter treatment plans into computer & email/mail treatment plans to patients

- Treatment plan presentation & financial arrangements

- Make patient charts

- Contact insurances with billing questions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Dental Front Desk: 3 years (Required)
  • Eaglesoft: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • english and spanish (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Boca Raton, FL 33434: Relocate before starting work (Required)
