• Learning from the Lead Electrician and finishing all assigned duties.
• Recognizing, evaluating, troubleshooting, and supporting repairs of equipment and electrical faults.
• Traveling out to various mill spaces to assist the lead electrician.
• Interpreting blueprints and schematics.
• Revising work logs, client accounts, and handling other administrative duties.
• Ordering replacement parts and equipment as needed.
• Completing electrical installations and carrying out various maintenance duties.
• Working uneven hours and overtime when necessary.
• Communicating with clients in a practiced, courteous manner always.
• Traveling for work

Electrician Apprentice Requirements:

• Certification or must be enrolled in an electrical apprenticeship program.
• 2 years of industrial electrical experience
• Practical experience working with electrical systems and equipment.
• Ability to learn to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• A willingness to learn and work overtime when required and ability to handle criticism appropriately.
• A valid driver's license or reliable transport.
• Must be okay with daily travel.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift, and carry 75lbs often and daily.
