Clerical position available for someone who has an aptitude for numbers. The person hired for this position must be able to perform tasks without supervision.

Reconciling all daily sales from POS locations to include review of audit points: Discounts, Comps, Voids signed by managers and F & B Employee Meals lists included in batch.

Review for accuracy and finalize monthly billing to include processing all fees. This includes printing, mailing and/or emailing all statements to owners in a timely fashion.

Facilitate resolution of disputes on chits with department managers for owners.

Taking cash receipts to the bank and picking up mail at the post office two times weekly.

Entering new owner information into JONAS database.

Approving owner changes in the website.

Entering payments on accounts; lockbox and checks in office.

ARB Fees and Citations reconciled and posted in JONAS.

Billing all annual fees; cart, boat, storage. This includes working with Boathouse Coordinator to make sure all of the forms are correctly completed by the owners on an annual basis for renewal.

Assisting and training in the setup of POS sales items and menus in JONAS with department managers and those they assign this task.

Assisting owners with the access and use of Hampton Lake website.

Matching processed invoices, owner payments, and other assorted documents into Document Management.

Auditing petty cash in accounting office and gatehouse at least monthly.

Participating in one inventory count each month on a rotating basis (1 inventory per quarter).

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
