We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join a firm with clients and employees across North America. This position will support accounting, operations, sales, administrative, and executive assistant tasks.

Combining the use of state-of-the-art virtualized environments with enterprise-level security, award-winning support and customer service, the firm provides scalable and reliable IT solutions for local and national organizations looking to excel in their industry.

This is a full-time salaried position with some office hours expected in our Savannah/Bluffton office but with the ability to work remotely. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k retirement plan.

Responsibilities

• Work to ensure accurate financial records by submitting payroll data, managing accounts payable (primarily insurance and subscription services) and accounts receivable (including invoicing using a time tracking application), expense tracking and review, and account reconciliation with bank statements.
• Onboard new employees and answer employees’ questions relating to payroll, benefits, expenses, reimbursements, etc.
• Procuring, sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective purchasing and timely delivery of high-quality materials.
• Support the continued improvement of operations by recommending improvements and executing on agreed-upon process changes.
• Support the CEO with administrative tasks, including time entry, review and prioritizing emails, calendar management, screening and responding to emails, and document preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and accounting; with a preference for experience with these functions in a professional services setting.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams, with some exposure to QuickBooks and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Certified Project Manager preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Exemplary customer service skills, with the capacity to engage and maintain strong relationships with clients by phone and email.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost level of integrity and confidentiality.
