**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling several client financials, including reconciliations, and maintaining financial reports

**Duties:**

- Manage all aspects of the financial transactions

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial data

- Prepare and analyze financial reports on a regular basis

- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

- Conduct clerical tasks related to bookkeeping activities

- Utilize accounting software - Quickbooks Online with at least 3 years experience

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in working with bank transactions and downloads

- Knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

- Familiarity with accounting software

- Strong understanding of financial concepts and practices

- Ability to perform bank reconciliations accurately
