General OverviewDo you have the drive and passion to help others improve their oral health in the way that we do? As a Front Office Coordinator, you will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.
We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule:
  • Monday 7:15am - 6:00pm
  • Tuesday 7:15am - 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 7:15am - 5:00pm
  • Thursday 7:15am - 6:00pm
  • Friday 7:15am - 2:00pm
ResponsibilitiesThe Front Office Coordinator should:
  • Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
  • Develop productive schedules.
  • Manage patient documents and records.
  • Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
Qualifications
  • 1 year of prior experience working in dentistry or related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Dental Software such as Eaglesoft is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Dental operations is preferred.
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits is preferred.
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
