Position Overview

As an Associate Wealth Advisor/Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' financial success and ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our senior wealth advisors, collaborate with clients, and contribute to the growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. Understand client goals, financial needs, and risk tolerance.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the development and implementation of comprehensive financial plans, including investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and more.
  • Investment Management: Conduct research and analysis to support investment recommendations. Collaborate with senior advisors to construct and manage client portfolios aligned with their financial objectives.
  • Client Communication: Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and updates. Effectively communicate investment strategies and market updates in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client records and documentation are accurately maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Education and Growth: Stay informed about industry trends, financial markets, and regulatory changes. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and industry certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • CFP® designation is a preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in wealth management or financial advisory services.
  • Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and wealth preservation strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and tools.
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license (or willingness to obtain within six months of employment).
