Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for high-ticket items? Do you excel in delivering exceptional customer service and creating value beyond features? If so, we want you to join our team as an Optician.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients to understand their needs and provide tailored optical solutions.
- Sell luxury optical products by highlighting their value.
- Use excellent oral and written communication skills to explain product value.
- Maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and G-Suite applications.
- Provide a high level of customer service to ensure patient satisfaction and enthusiasm.
- Listen attentively to identify gaps in patients' needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in selling high-ticket items such as jewelry, luxury clothing, bespoke products, or luxury autos.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and G-Suite applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills to effectively identify and meet patient needs.
- A people person with a talent for building relationships and creating positive experiences.
