This role is dynamic, encompassing strategic sales planning, operational excellence, and unparalleled customer service. The Retail Sales Manager motivates the team to achieve our retail sales goals, sets the tone for merchandising standards, and oversees the operations requirements of our shops.

This role leads the sales team, hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and reviewing roles - inspiring the team to achieve and ensuring our core processes are followed by all.

This role will be in person, primarily at our *NEW* Mall of America Location!

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Leadership : You'll own our retail store sales goals, collaborating with your team to strategize revenue-driving opportunities and continuously monitoring performance to ensure we exceed expectations.

Visual Merchandising Mastery : Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring our store always presents a safe, clean, and welcoming atmosphere that delights customers and drives sales.

Operational Excellence : From scheduling to workflow management, you'll oversee sales operational requirements, ensuring that core processes are followed meticulously to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Team Empowerment : Lead, coach, and inspire your Retail Sales Team, setting the pace for excellence through training, scheduling, and strategic planning to maximize their potential and productivity.

Financial Stewardship : Manage the sales budget and retail shop P&L with precision, controlling costs and driving profitability while ensuring every decision aligns with our strategic goals.

Customer Connection : Build lasting relationships with our customers, identifying their current and future needs to deliver exceptional service and drive loyalty.

Brand Ambassadorship : Maintain the stability and reputation of our store by complying with legal requirements and representing our brand with integrity and professionalism.

Versatility : From setting up pop-up events to working shifts on the shop floor, you'll tackle every challenge with enthusiasm and determination, ensuring our success in any situation.
