YOU: You're helpful, friendly to strangers, and loving to friends. You have a few years experience in the hospitality industry, you're honest, proactive, and are driven to grow as a person and in your career. You take pride in providing excellent service and are curious and excited to learn more about the craft spirits industry and sharing with our local community here in Bloomington.

You have bar experience, whether it be barbacking or bartending, a knowledge of basic cocktails and spirits, a desire to to learn about and create craft cocktails, and a strong work ethic. You work best in a team environment and are willing to give and receive feedback. You are excited by a challenge and tackle it with poise. You are friendly and warm to both your coworkers and your patrons. You are the heart of the bar program. You will mix cocktails, serve bar guests, and manage a barback while maintaining a clean work space and upholding high quality standards. You will work in harmony with servers and managers, ensuring that cocktails are served in a timely and professional manner. After some training and observation, you’ll be responsible for creating new and unique cocktails for future menus alongside other bartenders.

US: A craft distillery on the B-Line in Bloomington, focused on producing and selling the highest quality spirits, and creating memorable customer experiences.
