Serves as Counselor for the Youth Services Bureau of Monroe County with focus on both Binkley House Emergency Youth Shelter and adolescent programming for community groups. Responsible for providing community-based and short-term intervention counseling for youth and their families, and providing training and group facilitation for youth, parents, volunteers, and community organizations.
Must be able to serve in an on call rotation with other clinical staff with the possibility of some weekend and evening hours being required during on call week.
Position is full-time 40 hours a week and exempt.
Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field required. Prior experience with at-risk youth preferred. Licensed or license eligible in the state of Indiana.
