- Develop and implement financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial projections.
- Analyze financial performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to senior management for informed decision-making.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost optimization, revenue growth, and profitability enhancement.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, legal requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors to facilitate the completion of audits and tax filings.
- Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow, working capital, and financial risk exposure.
- Develop and implement effective financial controls and processes to safeguard company assets.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, collections, and payments.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, investments, and business development opportunities.
- Evaluate the financial viability of new products, services, and markets, conducting cost-benefit analyses and financial modeling.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high-performance.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
- Support professional development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) would be advantageous.
- Proven experience (typically 7 years) in financial management, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience in managing financial operations, including cash flow management, working capital, and risk assessment.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems (e.g., ERP, financial planning tools, Excel).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proficient in standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word, SharePoint, etc.
