Job Summary:
We are a busy chiropractic office and are looking for a professional and friendly front desk receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patients and ensuring a smooth and efficient front desk operation. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, able to multitask, computer literate/savvy, and has exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities:
-Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
-Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls.
-Assist doctors as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
-Collect patients' copayments.
-Enter patient demographic and insurance information
-Assist with insurance verification
-Assist with general administrative office work such as filing, copying, and scanning

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
